A 10% non refundable deposit is taken at the time of booking.
From there you can either choose to pay in one lump sum (if you do this we will absorb a 1.5% transaction fee), or pay in interim payments of 30%, 30%, 30% (if you choose this option you are responsible for paying a 1.5% transaction fee on all interim payments.

Flights are never included in the cost of our trips.
We may occasionally support you with booking flights in certain circumstances.

In each trip description it will have a group size.
For example 4-16.
Minimum numbers must be achieved as specified for the trip to go ahead.
After signing up you will be notified when the trip has reached its minimum numbers and will definitely run.
